What resource do you need?

IpAllocationPolicy under the Cluster resource
https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/docs/reference/rest/v1beta1/projects.locations.clusters#Cluster.IPAllocationPolicy

What is your use case?

We use this to automatically create the subnetwork for the cluster, currently createSubnetwork and useIpAliases are missing under IPAllocationPolicy:

Would you be willing to contribute it using Terrajet?

If I have time I will try to read up on how to implement this
