Export / save / lock current installed packages in composer.json / db #233

It would be great to export / lock / save the exact installed commits of the whole project at once (instead of looking all deps one by one...) so for example when you get a running installation with contao, metamodels, dcg, synccto and avisota, (maybe also isotope - sorry, just kidding) you can stash this state and go back to the "working revision" everytime you want.
