Would be good to have a gdbm package. This used by python by the builtin dbm package. Having our own package for gdbm would ensure that we can build python with it and ship it even for systems that may not have it (like macOS).

This will be helpful for resolving issue ( conda-forge/python-feedstock#125 ).
