Customize GitHub issue templates for Miniforge issues

Notice we are doing a bit of extra work triaging issues (which is greatly appreciated!). Though am wondering if we can ask a bit more of users reporting issues here to help take a weight of maintainers. Namely would it make sense to customize the GitHub issue templates so that users raising issues do a bit more work in providing useful info?

For example OS seems to be an important feature that we are labeling in issues. Expect maintainers triaging issues here know better what categories would be helpful. So would appreciate more feedback on what those are

For me, just getting to know the OS of the end user would really help. 3 templates

• Windows
• Mac
• Linux

with the standard information, that would just help avoid my first question.
