Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

  • I checked the documentation.

Issue

Perhaps I'm missing something, but based on the current specification I have no idea if [tighten|loosen]_depends.upper_bound uses <= or <.

Also, is there a corresponding lower_bound?
