Use of goto() javascript function seems to break the GO BACK ONE feature #57

I suspect the goto() function isn't properly updating the interview's internal memory of what questions have been asked, producing bizarre behavior when using the GO BACK ONE button (i.e., it doesn't go back the previous question expected by the user). See https://www.qnamarkup.org/syntax/#goto
