There is an MIT licensed collection of opencl kernels:
https://github.com/ARM-software/ComputeLibrary/tree/master/src/core/CL/cl_kernels/common

We should have a closer look and see what might be useful for us. FFT, deconvolution, neural networks, all sounds interesting.
