💡 Summary

Add the option to view the HTML output in dark mode.

Motivation and context

Some people prefer dark mode
Consistency with ScubaGear

Implementation notes

This feature has already been added to ScubaGear: cisagov/ScubaGear#156

Acceptance criteria

ScubaGoggles has a dark mode option.
