Remove or change the --automatic parameter for the new command.

ChocoPackageUpdater has been deprecated for years at this point, and the license for the publicly available version expired in 2018.

However, choco new still has a --automatic parameter for the default template, which outputs packages basic on the default template, but with changes specifically for working with ChocoPackageUpdater.

It does not make sense to keep support for a parameter specifically for a deprecated program. Additionally, this switch can be confusing for anyone thinking that it is intending to make an automatic package with AU.

After discussion with @gep13, this probably should be kept as is until 1.0.0, and changed/removed at some point after that. Also, notices/warning should go in the code/documentation.

Here are some possible thoughts on what to do:

• Remove the parameter entirely
• Keep the parameter, but ignore it. And warn appropriately that it does nothing.
• Remove the ChocoPackageUpdater specific changes, but keep AU compatible changes. (e.g. don't use {{version}}, but do add the automatic package note to the description)
• Switch the output from creating a package compatible with ChocoPackageUpdater to a package compatible with AU. This would probably entail creating an update.ps1, and not too much else.
• Create a mechanism for templates to optionally support AU, and use this parameter to switch that support on and off. (e.g. are the update.ps1 copied, things like that)
