FEATURE REQUEST: update feature description of simple.server package and documentation

Package description for https://chocolatey.org/packages/chocolatey.server and the corresponding documentation could improve expectation levels with a more detailed feature list and non-feature list, i.e.

FEATURES:
FOSS!
Runs on IIS
Only minor configuration necessary (configuration link here)
blah blah

NOTE:
Chocolatey Simple Server is NOT the same as the chocolatey.org website, it is much SIMPLER. It has all the basics you need to push and host Chocolatey packages on your equipment in your environment. It does NOT have the same built in management functions as the chocolatey.org. Some notable differences include no moderation, no package search, simple package list display via RSS/Atom, and (fill in more here). These features may come in some future release.

A roadmap would be nice to see what's planned coming down the road.

I'm hoping for (right now) comments on this issue and then we can decide how best to implement that information.
