Get-RemoteFiles should have a method to only internalize one arch #33

There should be a way to internalize only (for instance) the x64 URLs in a package. This would allow for a fast way to produce packages that contain x64 binaries but allow for optional x86 installs, saving space / bandwidth for most users.
