Creat DscUnit and DscIntegration tests #3

To follow the guideline but adapt it to the layout I use, I should create 2 folders for DSC test:

DscUnit
DscIntegration

And follow the guidelines from here: https://github.com/PowerShell/DscResources/blob/master/HighQualityModuleGuidelines.md
