Fix importIncucyteData for European comma encoding #22

In continental European encoding, the Incucyte data file has the value field encoded as 0,0000 instead of 0.0000.

As a consequence, importIncucyteData reads this field as character instead of numeric.

Maybe the package could automatically adjust this?
