constructor() {
        super();
        const shadow = this.attachShadow({
            mode: 'open'
        });
        const wrapper = document.createElement('div');
        shadow.appendChild(wrapper);		
}

can be shortened to:

constructor() {
    super().attachShadow({ mode: 'open' })
           .append( this.result = document.createElement('div') );
}
