Celeritas Spack buildcache for GitHub Actions

This repo provides a buildcache to speed up Spack for Celeritas GitHub Actions. It is derived from the main spack buildcache.

Currently it provides binaries from Spack develop for

  • %clang@15 os=ubuntu22.04 target=x86_64_v3
