When exporting with blender 2.76 and osgexport 0.15.0 (i.e. latest master as of the time of this writing), only the active animation is exported (and it is always named "Take 01").
To test this with a model that is a priori known to be correct, I used bigcharacter.blend from the samples/bignathan directory. An older version of the model (as provided in the openscenegraph-data release) correctly displays all animations. Custom models exhibit the same behavior.
