This shouldn't be too much effort. Just to be sure I understand your request correctly, do you just want the mailto:// to recognize and have a template for sendpulse?

Or are you looking for a sendpulse:// setup (new plugin).

There is a PR that is almost done. It should work right now as is for you.

See the pull request for details. I would really appreciate it if you could test it for me. Instructions are also available in the PR

Edit: As an update to this, i've completed the integration; it now just needs testing to be sure it works.
