Subsequent imports feed skipping

This is working perfectly for me when I use it for the first time, but when I want to do an update to the existing feeds, it simply skips them as they already exist although there's new data in them.
I am able to make it work if I delete those feeds then import the update but I don't want to do that so I don't have to go through and ignore all the reports that were creating false positives for me.

Here's an example of the skipping:
"Skipping... CbCommunity (already existed)"
does that for all the feeds.
