Describe the bug
When running viron across multiple servers, updating adminRole is sometimes not reflected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to a endpoint page.
Click on "Viron 管理ロール"(adminRole)
Update adminRole
See updated adminrole

Expected behavior
It is expected that you can see the adminrole before and after the update.
