No app in App Store caused by empty table "App"

Issue Summary

When self-hosting the app, it has the following behavior:
In "getting started" page:

• When trying to connect it to Google Calendar, it tells no client id is found (may not be related)
• When trying to connect to Apple Calendar, it fails, and Postgres log shows

After skipping the "get started" page, in "App Store", all I can see is "Cal Video". This is the same behavior as #3431.
Going to postgres "App" table, I can see only daily-video is there.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow the guide in readme for for a local development environment.

How I resolve this

I ran yarn workspace @calcom/prisma db-seed to seed the db with dummy user and app store. Note that this is not mentioned in README anywhere.

As I mentioned in the issue, the problem, I believe, is that the database is not seeded with app. After I seed it manually, it work as expected. The ask is that should we add this seeding step to standard manual setup readme?

We're currently working a an improved setup Wizard and a dedicated UI for admin to manage installed Apps way more easily.

I got the keys in .env, tried deploying via railway and docker but even after seeding the database, there are no apps other than daily video.

After seeding, apps do exist in the database with correct keys but they don't show up. Also, after the db is seeded, in the onboarding wizard, I can link google calendar just fine.

Ok this is weird indeed. Can you post a screenshot of the apps view?

Do you get something on the Serber logs when accessing this page? Maybe some unreachable DB message?

Maybe @yodahuang could answer this as I had to delete it after it occupied more than 10GB on my server with docker. I could try to reinstall in a few days for sure though.

Yep! it updates overnight. The ARM build is not yet updated. @yigitkeremoktay are you building on an ARM machine? The yarn version being used by the build tools has an issue with network timeouts on ARM machines

It actually gives me a socket timeout but its not on an arm machine. Its a KVM virtual machine running on a Xeon hypervisor.

@hariombalhara It turns out it's not fully fixed. On railway, it was totally fine but on Docker, Zoom, Google and Office 365 calendar are not on the apps list. They are there in the App table, they can be configured while on onboarding, but from the apps page.

One more issue: On railway, Google Calendar and Office 365 Calendar works but opening the msteams or zoom app page crashes the server before the Install button is displayed. No logs in the server.

I just got a chance to try adding my self hosted cal.com instance from zoom marketplace directly by constructing the oauth url. It did install the app seems to be working fine that way, but still would wish to have it installed normally.
