Can't login in production mode

Issue Summary

I have a self-hosted instance of cal.com, after I updated to version 1.7.5 I'm not able to login in production mode. When I run cal.com in development mode with yarn dev all things working fine, but when I run cal.com with yarn start after yarn build the login doesn't work.

• Firefox, Chrome doesn' t work on both
• Node.js version 16

what do you mean "the login doesn't work.", does it throw an error? any logs in console?

have you tried deploying somewhere and test there? like vercel or similar

When I fill in my credentials in the login form and submit them, the credentials where transferred to the server but the server doesn't create a session.

No, but now I found the problem: I forgot to set the NEXTAUTH_COOKIE_DOMAIN from .example.com to the correct domainname, so the session cookie was set to the wrong domain.

@kuro610 Thank you for your debugging. I have been spending hours on this, during my upgrade from 1.2.0 -> anything recent and it also solved my problem.
