Dear metawrap Experts,
Good day!
I have encountered this issue using my personal computer (24GB RAM). I'm new user and trying to learn from tutorial data (3 samples in the metaWRAP tutorial). I hope, I can get some help to fix this issue.
Thanks.

Best regards
Mamun

Hi~ I think the problem is that the pplacer implemented in the checkm needs a large amount of memory (40G at least), and you can use the "--reduced_tree" to reduce the RAM requirement.
