Mass Create Work Orders not showing work orders

Describe the bug
mass work order create not creating work orders. When I use the plugin on that page, everything looks fine and the status page shows 100% and no errors, but the work orders are never created. If I disable the script and do the same process with the same planned work order, it is created.

How to reproduce
Go to Transactions > Manufacturing > Mass create work order
put in the location and a date range
the work order pops up, select and the click submit.
Go to the status page and wait until the scripts run.
Then check for the created work order

Expected behavior

Work orders should be created
