Add the ability to have bedrock and education support at the same time (and more)

As I imagine it:

• there will be a port setting for education in the config (so you can have bedrock and education on the server at the same time)
• the ability to enable and disable certain protocols
• add pplaceholderapi module with player data (e.g. %geyserreversion-protocol% - 315 %geyserreversion-version% - 1.18.2 %geyserreversion-edition% - bedrock (or education))
