pcbs.io seems to be dead

There are several links throughout this repo to order boards from pcbs.io, which apparently was a PCB fab at one point. Now that domain is for sale. OSHPark supports this kind of feature--upload your design and make it public so others can order it. They do nice work (and ENIG finish comes standard) and they're US-based, but at $5/in^2 they're a little pricey for anything non-trivial. I've been happy recently with jlcpcb.com, but I don't see a way to upload a design to them and make it public for others to order (otherwise I'd use it that way myself: https://github.com/danb35/myDewControllerPro-PCB and https://github.com/danb35/myFocuserPro-PCB).
