Multiplication nodes

@timovonoertzen, should we move the multiplication node from developer mode to regular mode? After all, we promised this functionality in our recent paper.

What about introducing a toggle option in the settings menu, which by default is "off"?

If you put this in the regular model, it would be nice if the multiplication nodes would also be exported to OpenMx code. At the moment this does not seem to be the case.
