Possiblity to ignore hidden files when uploading folders

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
We would like to have the possibility to ignore hidden files when upload folder. For example, with MacOS, each folder has .DS_store hidden files and users normally does not want to upload those files.

One alternative can be providing a file filter when uploading folders.
