Need to make a contributors' section that outlines how users can make contributions to the SDP-Images repo. This will help lessen confusion and should encourage others to provide patches or new containers to the repo.

Having a template folder for demonstrating general container project outline may help as well. Makes it easy to copy/paste and keep the general format of a container project for container updates and new submissions.
