📌 할 일

(1) 화면에 꽉 차게 지도 UI 설정
(2) 현재 선택된 위치 기준 반경 1km 를 기준으로 지도를 움직일 수 있게 만듬
(3) 구역에 대한 데이터를 데이터베이스에서 불러와 지도에 핀 형식으로 보여주기
(4) 줌 인 할 시 핀에 있는 구역에 대한 자세한 정보 ( 테두리 - 회색 ) 가 표시
(5) 줌 아웃 할 시 핀만 보이게 만듬
(6) 구역 선택시 해당 구역만 테두리가 회색에서 빨간색으로 바뀜
(7) 구역 선택 버튼 클릭시 게임 대기 화면으로 선택된 구역에 대한 데이터를 보내줌
