Add stream control options for mobile devices

For a feed, one can not change the volume of a stream, for example. Other options, such as changing the stream type (rtsp, hls, mjpg), are not possible as well.

Expected results

Enhance the mobile live view experience to align with the feature set available in the desktop version.

• Allow matrix zoom;
• Change the volume of the video;
• Change the streaming source (rtsp, hls, etc) directly;
