There doesn't seem to be any way of removing buckets using s4cmd. Both s3cmd and s5cmd contain the rb command for this functionality but this has been omitted in this tool.

Having a command called rb, mimicking the alternative tools would be a good first solution, unless there are specific reasons why this wouldn't be a good idea.
