There are 7 PR's, one of which has been open since December last year. There are people in your community that are reaching out to help, but it doesn't look like there's anyone looking into issues except as a drive-by.

Please promote someone in the PR list to contributor or find some time to review these things. We want to help with our upstream and make this plugin awesome!

I am not maintainer of this repo.

Maybe because they built this lib for their own need. So when they not facing any issue on their production version, they decide to not made any changes in this lib.

I suggest, if you have any concerns with speed of improvement from this lib, you can fork from this repo then create your own lib base on this.
It's better to you.
