SLURM jobs should generally go smoothly. Send an email to a list of admins when an error occurs during a SLURM job.

As of #407, errors in SLURM jobs go to the log files....

As of #532, SLURM jobs log to their own directory and RT predict notebooks get copied there as well.

Sending email from SLURM jobs is not recommend, so I don't know the best way to approach this.
