Similar to #186, the Bioconductor support forum is a semi-structured (general machine-readable structure, but with free-text entities) resource that informs about Bioconductor usage and troubleshooting. Providing it to the LLM assistant via BioChatter as a BioCypher knowledge graph will allow grounded RAG processes using this meta-information on bioinformatics problems.
