Not working with Android 13

As title states, upgraded my project to Android 13 and it stopped working. I am on latest plugin version 0.1.4.

@ayenmtfin it is not working. Permissions are not added to the manifest and requesting permissions is not working (I guess because of them missing in the manifest). Permissions with version 12 from this repo are added to the manifest automatically.
