Describe the Bug

The report button is not visible on smaller screens. I am viewing the match > players tab via website.

Reproduce the bug

If I go to a match such as here:
https://server4.beyondallreason.info/battle/2907001/players
the report button is not visible on my screensize and I also cannot scroll right

Tested on Microsoft Edge. Tested on screen 1360x780 and 1280 x 1024

Bottom horizontal scrollbar is also missing...
but it is shown here...
