Some ranked games not counting (ratings not updating)

Expected Behaviour

Ratings update after the game.

Actual Behaviour

Ratings don't update after the game, like it didn't happen.

Reproduce the bug

No idea how to reproduce.

This has been a problem for a while, but I'm not smart enough to investigate why myself, nor do I have the access to do so anyway. Here are 2 recent games which I believe should have been rated but weren't:

The matches don't even appear in my "List" section on Teiserver dashboard, which I believe implies the issue isn't so much that Teiserver doesn't deem these games as being ratable, but it's not aware they took place at all.
