A set of commands/tools to give members of the community the ability to point out problematic players.
- Rating (ideally this will be broken down into different categories such as leadership, support, teaching etc)
- Report chat
- Report gameplay (bad manners)
- Report cheating (smurfing, exploits etc)
- Web interface to view reports, ability to aggregrate reports per player being a key component
