This is the behaviour when queueing bombers to attack a spot, then holding shift to queue another order afterwards.
badbombers.mp4
Expected Behaviour
All bombers should move to their next order after dropping their payload on a single attack command, regardless of if the exact spot was perfectly hit or not.
Actual Behaviour
Bombers that can't get a perfect hit on their target will keep attempting until they get it, which blocks them from continuing their queue of orders and leads to bombers becoming easily desynced with each other's movements.
Reproduction steps
Queue bombers to attack a spot on the ground, hold shift and queue them to move somewhere else after. This is easier to reproduce with non-flat terrain, where the air mesh plane causes them to struggle hitting their target perfectly.
