bs-modfiable seems to not behave as expected #41

When you use bs-modfiable="false" it does not seem to behave as expected. Irrespective of where in the DOM you put it.

Hello @unluckynelson! I wasn't been able to reproduce the issue. It works fine in our demo example here: http://plnkr.co/edit/RqTQmWMt8vEUsrbuQqLS?p=preview.

Could you fork the Plunk above and re-create the issue?
