Opener: hide the doorbell disable switch

It would be nice to add the option to hide the doorbell disable switch in homekit in the config.

An option for disabling doorbell in generell would be possible and makes more sense.

I don't personally have a doorbell connected to the opener so the option to remove the switch from homekit is all I'd be after,

But yes, I guess disabling doorbell from the config file would also work..

I would also love this feature, essentially on the Apple Watch, I always have to open the accessory and swipe over to the opener lock.
