Repository ownership is managed by the project team. At least one BC Gov employee should be the repository admin user at anytime. Repositories without an admin will be archived. Thus, plan ahead for people changes.
Create an informative readme file. This is a template as a starting point. Edit the content according to the descriptions and comments provided.
Include other instructions/information as needed. You could find the following templates provided:
