Quest items not completing.

Describe the bug

I have made 3 pulverizers and the quest will not auto complete. I had to do it manually. and now everything after that is also not completing when i make the item required.

Steps to reproduce

Make quest item. Check mark not showing up to complete the quest.

Expected behaviour

For the quest to complete when i make the item the quest is telling me to

Have you completed closed your client (log out of game, close minecraft) and gone back in to see if the issue persists? Please make sure the object of question is in your hand.

Are you playing on a server or just single player?
Did you add/remove any mods or make changes to the pack in anyway?
