Windows installation

It doesn't seem to be possible to install this on windows because one of its dependencies, core is not compatible with windows. I've installed all other dependencies successfully but when trying to install core (opam install core) I get <[ERROR] core is not available because your system doesn't comply with ocaml-version >= "4.04.1" & os != "win32".>
Of course when I try to install batsh I get an error regarding dependencies.
I'm running windows 10, 64 bit and using opam in cygwin64 terminal (as it was installed by OCaml64.
I also googled to see if there was some way to install core on windows and found nothing.
