Profession Trainer only reaches Master/Artisan

I noticed that most of the profession trainers, in Alliance case at least, are picked from Booty Bay or Gadgetzan, which by default only reaches up to Classic WoW tier (Artisan) in terms of recipe-learning. Jewelcrafting in particular came from Honor Hold which consequently limits the training to Master level. If this is an intended behavior, you can close the issue immediately, but the readme says 'all available in Wrath', so I had assumed it meant that it included Wrath-tier recipes. Is it possible to just grab the profession trainers from Kirin-Tor or Borean Tundra/Howling Fjord instead?

Hello, Yes, it is possible. I don't think they had that intention.
The npc can clearly be changed. We would have to see the list, and modify it.
