[Reopening] API Gateway Management API post to connection throws GoneException

Reopening #999 where from Lambda fn NodeJS 16 runtime when invoking and trying to post message to the active connection, it throws GoneException.

And based on the fix suggested by @trivikr and @m-radzikowski tried specifying "https://" and the error persisted.

Code fix: Explicitly prefix https:// when passing the endpoint.
