Regular focus groups (aka meetings) #17

I see there was a meeting circa 12 hours ago. If meetings are going to be a regular fixture in getting things done, a broad calendar laying down times + locations (be it physical or virtual) would be helpful.

I should clarify, the frequency of these going into the future would be minimal. But they'd probably help in the short-term get us all on the same page with what @auryn-macmillan and the team want to get out of DAOForum and speed the formative stages up a bit.

I've submitted a PR with a very basic md file where we could initially share what the meeting layout would look like.

I've gone ahead and committed meeting_schedule.md, and scheduled the next meeting. We'll stick with the agenda from the last meeting, so if there is anything specific that people want to talk about, submit it as a pull request to the agenda file.

I'll try to be available for this one. I completely disconnected Friday-Monday for the Easter hols but may be free this Friday.
