[BUG] Venue Dropdown item hover effect

Describe the bug.

Adding hover effect on venue dropdown items will give a positive feedback to the visitor. As it is not a link (technically) so the browser also not previews the target url, like this

Expected behavior

When someone hovers on dropdown item, some effect like fade, should take place.

1. Go to Website
2. Click on Venue in Navbar
3. Hover on any dropdown item
