[Bug]: App crashes when uploading large files

What happened?

I tried to upload a large pdf document (ca. 80 mb). After selecting the file from the file manager, the paperless-mobile-app immediately becomes unresponsive. After about 30 seconds the app simply crashes/closes without any error log or notification.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on "Upload a document from this device"
2. Select a large file (in my case about 80mb - I don't know the threshold for this error to occur)
3. Wait about 30 seconds
