Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is a feature to welcome a new user to the server.

Describe the solution you'd like
When a user joins the server, they should be greeted with an embedded message. In the embedded message, they can be informed to introduce themselves in the introduction channel.

Additional context
The message should be sent to the welcome channel.
